Q. What about Fit and Returns?

A. We try to provide as accurate sizing information as possible, and welcome conversations to help you determine the best style and size for your figure and needs

However, we understand purchasing a garment online will need a try on before the final decision is made if it works for you

If you decide the piece is not right for you, return within 7 days of receipt in unworn, perfect condition and you will receive a refund minus $30 handling fee

Custom orders by size or color, are final sales

Q. Is shipping complimentary?

A. Yes! For a limited time standard ground shipping within the continental United States is complimentary via UPS

If you need expedited shipping, give us a call with your shipping account #, or needs for us to research added cost

Customer is responsible for return shipping

Q. When will my Item be Shipped?

A. We are a small studio wearing many hats! We want you to have your purchase asap, in stock items usually go out within a week. I will email if otherwise

Custom order delivery approx 6-8 weeks during Covid

Q. What form of Payment do you Accept?

A. Just about anything!

Major Credit Cards and Apple Pay, personal checks (hold on delivery until cleared) 

If you want to Fedex Cash, we'll take that too!

Q. Do you Charge Sales Tax?

A. As required by law, we charge tax on purchases in or shipped to NYS residents.

Q. How do I Care for my Beautiful New Coat?

A. Very little care is required. Every 3-5 years we suggest having it cleaned by a professional fur and leather cleaner. Ask for recommendations or email us.

 A suede brush (any natural bristle hairbrush will do) is a handy item to have. Give your suede a brush up if it feels dusty, linty, or whatever

Q. How do I store it in the Off Season?

A. It is best to lie flat in a cool dry place in a breathable bag or box, (not on a hanger) as leather is soft and pliable, and on a hanger for long periods will get hanger marks

A. Yes! We do made to measure and custom color variations upon request. If you place an order for custom sizing and place a deposit, shipping and return of the try on sample is complimentary
